Mr. Nihal De Silva is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASL) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK (CIMA). He became a partner in 1975 and is the Managing Partner since 1990. He is a past president of the Sri Lanka division of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants as well as a former representative for the South Asia region at the CIMA UK council.

Ms. Maheema Ediribandara, Senior Tax Manager, is an FCIT-qualified tax specialist with an MBA in Taxation from PIM, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She oversees individual tax, corporate tax, VAT, and PAYE compliance and offers expert advisory on complex tax matters, international taxation, mergers, and acquisitions. She is highly skilled in tax dispute resolution and represents clients before the Inland Revenue Department and the Tax Appeals Commission.
